The hotel is in a great location, close to the central area of Old City but still quiet at night. The staff were helpful and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and the bed was firm. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was a pleasant stay.

The location of Sumittaya Chiangmai was perfect for exploring the Old City. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice firm bed. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chiang Mai.

Breakfast was a nice surprise with more options than expected. the room was quiet and had a firm bed, which might be a plus for some guests. the hotel is close enough to the central area, but just outside, which makes for a good night's sleep and easy access to many attractions on foot. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, with proficient English skills.

The water temperature and pressure could have been higher. it is not a major issue.

Easy access to major temple and walking distance to Tha Phae Gate and Warotrot Market. Complimentary flower tea and banana provided.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for tourists as it is close to a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants. the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with plenty of electric sockets and excellent wifi. the bathrooms are spacious too, which is a pleasant surprise. the breakfast is delicious, especially the Thai food.

One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer sufficient support for in-city transfers.
